Lab - Equipment Manager

Job Requirements (Equipment Manager):
- A passion for, and formal training, in the field of photography
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work well without direct supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience repairing cameras, PC computers, and lighting preferred
- Must possess basic math, reading and writing skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be available and willing to work evenings and weekends on occasion
- Must be able to lift 55+ pounds
- Must have proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop
Primary Responsibilities (Equipment Manager):
- Maintain, repair, and update all photographic equipment
- Maintain an electronic database of computers and photography equipment
- Allocate equipment to photography team
- Assist in training of photographers
- Assist with training documentation
- Assist with research and development of lighting and photography techniques
- Suggest techniques for improved efficiency
- Assist with quality control of photography
- Research and suggest equipment sourcing
- Represent Mountain West Studios in a professional manner at all times while adhering to all Company and school rules and policies
- Display confidence and professionalism at all times
- Use safe work habits, including proper lifting and safe driving
