Your photographer will give you a unique login code on your photo day. Please visit mountainwest.ca (mountainwest.ca)10 business days after your session to view and order your photos. Can't find your login code? Click on the "Looking for your login code?" message on our ordering website, fill in the student's last name, grade and student id and we'll respond to you within 1 business day.

Depending on the type of session you choose, they range from 12 to 20 minutes.

Average order preparation and mailing time is 3-4 weeks.

Finished enlargements and other printed products will be corrected for density and colour and cropped slightly (excess background removed). Online preview images are low-resolution and displayed for pose and expression only. Your finished prints will be sharp and vibrant.

Each finished portrait will be colour-corrected and balanced for a natural colour tone. As an added value, we will attempt to reduce glare from glasses for prints sized 5"x 7" or larger. We also provide more extensive retouching (e.g.: removing hair and/or blemishes, shadows, under eye circles, wrinkles, etc...) for an extra charge. Yes, once you receive your login code you may download it digitally.
