How can I arrange for a retake?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. For most schools, we return for a retake session approximately one month after the first photo event. After your first grad photo session, this landing page will be updated with retake details for your school, or, you can contact us at grads@mountainwest.ca for more information.

Question 2

How do I order after my photo session?

Accepted Answer

Your photographer will give you a unique login code on your photo day. Please visit mountainwest.ca 10 business days after your session to view and order your photos. Can't find your login code? Click on the "Looking for your login code?" message on our ordering website, fill in the student's last name, grade and student id and we'll respond to you within 1 business day.

How long does a typical photo session take?

Depending on the type of session you choose, they range from 12 to 20 minutes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Average order preparation and mailing time is 3-4 weeks.

Question 5

Will my finished portrait look just like my preview?

Accepted Answer

Finished enlargements and other printed products will be corrected for density and colour and cropped slightly (excess background removed). Online preview images are low-resolution and displayed for pose and expression only. Your finished prints will be sharp and vibrant.

Question 6

Do you do digital retouching?

Accepted Answer

Each finished portrait will be colour-corrected and balanced for a natural colour tone. As an added value, we will attempt to reduce glare from glasses for prints sized 5"x 7" or larger.
 
We also provide more extensive retouching (e.g.: removing hair and/or blemishes, shadows, under eye circles, wrinkles, etc...) for an extra charge.
